Starting a new job at a large busy hospital can feel overwhelming for a new hire. The onboarding experience can feel impersonal and hectic – there are forms to fill out, emails to sift through, and so much to learn. UHKF asked me to create a “Welcome Kit” for new employees to introduce them to the Foundation and foster a sense of belonging right from the start.
