Celebrating Rare IndividualsThe Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
Living with a rare disease like Pulmonary Fibrosis is challenging, but it doesn’t have to define you. This campaign celebrates the amazing individuals that despite their challenges work with CPFF to help others, raise awareness, hope and funds for those living with PF. Supporters were invited in English and French through social media to meet five amazing people living with PF, then make a donation to CPFF and/or send an e-card honouring or in memory of a “Rare Individual”.
