Maker Junior helps kids learn about technology by combining traditional arts and crafts materials with high-tech goodies such as electronic components and open source hardware. Educational and fun! Maker Junior asked me to create their visual identity and business card. The logo is colourful and quirky, with a ‘handcrafted’ feel. The tagline “Learn, Create, Innovate” clarifies the business model, and mascot “LEDy”  adds a “techno-touch” of whimsy. For the business card, I designed a series of card backs that feature several of Maker Junior kids’ creations. Rounded corners add to the “technology is my friend” vibe.
