Kids Help Phone decided to launch a nation-wide service evaluation study to establish the true impact of their phone counseling and live chat services. The result, “Proof Positive – Significantly Improving Youth Mental Health” details all aspects of the organization’s key learnings, methodology, and results. I was happy to help communicate this impressive research piece by designing this 48-page publication, in English and French.
